RABAT - ACCOUNT MANAGER
Job Description : To achieve and exceed sales targets by growing revenue opportunities in Morocco with new and existing customer accounts. Build the customer revenue base in the region by providing a liaison for the customer to recognize integration services, equipment sales and deployment and maintenance, develop customer relationships and expand upon the goodwill and name recognition of the Company’s brand in the marketplace. Develop the business in North Africa and explore new opportunities. Create new business relationships and develop existing ones. Develop revenue growth and new sales channels, to generate leads for the Company, based on Telecom market dynamics. Manage direct and indirect sales strategies through managing current indirect channels. Manage the sales operations in the territory including new business development, enterprises sales, services sales and/or specialist and product sales to achieve the objectives and meet/exceed the revenue and order targets. Develop sales activities by introducing new products and services into new and existing accounts. Support sales staff by leveraging additional sales related resources for specific prospective bids. Accurately forecast sales opportunities and revenue expectations weekly. Produce the commercial and technical offers in cooperation with the internal support team. Assist Purchasing Department in negotiations with local vendors and when necessary in close cooperation with Legal Department and Pre-Sales Solution Consultants. Manage all aspects of the customer relationship, including but not limited to, sales, moves, adds, changes, billing, implementation, service issues, SLA’s, and contractual terms. Interface with other functions and corporate departments Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times. Skills and Experience : A minimum of 5+ years sales experience within GCC region, in a multinational environment or in one of the big systems integrators or Telecom service provider or IT outsourcing companies with a proven track record of successes and customer satisfaction. Experience in complex systems integration solutions as well as equipment resale and field services. Organized and detail oriented with excellent time management skills. Strong background in account planning, proposal creation and delivery, combined with proactive customer management skills. Solid knowledge and understanding of the Company’s products. Excellent communication capabilities including interpersonal, oral, written, telephone, and presentation skills. Ability to operate in an unstructured environment (self-starter, motivator, team player). Ability to travel internationally. Positive attitude, be committed, resilience, and be achievement oriented. Creative, positive approach to indirect channel. Excellent negotiation skills. Skills to lead, motivate and coach Education Requirements: Individual should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications.
