LUSAKA - FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Zambart Project, Lusaka, Zambia. We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Finance and Administration Manager who will oversee the financial and administrative activities of the project and also contribute to capacity building of the finance and administrative staff. We anticipate that the successful candidate will also play a role in helping ZAMBART to develop its future plans and especially to attract core funding to allow it to become more sustainable in future. ZAMBART is currently housed in purpose built offices on the Ridgeway Campus in Lusaka and has a staff of 170 spread throughout Zambia. The main administrative hub is in Lusaka where the accounts and HR departments are based. The finance and administrative teams are comprised of 1 accountant and 2 accounts assistants, a HR manager, project administrator, receptionist, caretaker and cleaner. The post holder would supervise this team. The post will be for a period of 2 years in the first instance with extension being dependant on the success of attracting further financial support for the post. Salary Scale: LSHTM professional Support Grade 6 (salary) £29,346 to £33,779 overseas package would be payable to anyone moving to Zambia including health insurance, displacement allowance etc. Please note that accommodation is NOT provided.
